Information collected automatically
Website statistics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used —
for example which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, the approximate area
(country or city) and how visitors found the site. We use this to improve the website, not to identify you.
Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information
such as IP address, browser type and the time of each visit, for security and to keep the site working.
3. How we use your information
to reply to your questions and arrange, confirm or change appointments;
to send you reminders and practical information about your visit;
to provide your assessment, treatment and follow-up care;
to help international patients plan their treatment and stay, when they ask us to;
to understand how the website is used and make it better;
to meet our legal and professional obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. Health information
Information about your health is sensitive, and we treat it with medical confidentiality.
It is only seen by Dr. Gadallah and the members of the clinic team who need it to arrange or provide your care.
Please only send the health information we need. If you prefer not to send reports or images by WhatsApp
or email, you can bring them to your appointment instead.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your information when it is needed:
with healthcare professionals involved in your care, for example physiotherapy, imaging or laboratory services you are referred to;
with service providers who help us run the website and bookings (hosting, online booking and website statistics), who may only use it to provide their service;
when the law requires it, or to protect someone's health or safety.
